What's a way to tie the drawstring on training pants so it doesn't come undone easily and is easy to adjust?

When you're training or running at the gym in workout clothes, it's a hassle when the drawstring on your pants comes loose and you have to retie it. A video explaining how to tie the drawstring on your workout pants in a way that's less likely to come undone and is easy to adjust has been released on YouTube.
The video uses two strings, one red and one black, to represent the drawstrings of underwear and explains how to tie them in a way that won't come undone during training.

First, take the string on your left side, bend it in the middle, and bring the other end to the back.

Then it takes on a shape similar to the '&' symbol, like this.

Next, take the string on the right and bend it in the middle to create a loop.

Thread the end of the loop on the right through the hole above the '&' symbol.

Then, pass the lower part of the '&' through the loop. The end of the string on the right side does not go through the upper hole of the '&'.

In this position, pull the base of the left string and the tip and base of the right string together.

Then, the string became tied.

This method of tying the knot is said to prevent it from coming undone even during strenuous exercise.

If the string is too loose, press down on the looped part and the end of the string on the left side with your fingers.

If you continue to pull the end of the string on the right side, the string will slide out from the base and the tightening will increase.

When you undo the knot, it will stay tightly fastened.

Conversely, if the string is too tight, similarly press down on the looped part and the end of the string on the left side with your fingers.

If you continue to pull the base of the string on the right side, the string will slide out from the end, and the tightness will decrease. Be careful not to pull too hard, as the string may come off.

To untie the knot, hold the end and base of the string on the left side with your fingers.

When I pulled on the tip and the base, the knot came undone.

The video also includes a perspective of tying the pants that the person is actually wearing.

First, pull the string on the left to make the shape of an '&' sign.

Make a loop with the string on the right.

Thread the loop of the string on the right through the hole above the '&' symbol.

Pass the bottom of the '&' symbol through the loop, and then pull the bottom of the '&' symbol and the end of the string on the right side.

The string is now tied.

To tighten the string, hold the end of the string on the left and the loop below the '&' with your finger.

If you continue to pull the end of the string on the right, the string will tighten.

To loosen the string, similarly, hold the end of the string on the left and the loop below the '&' with your finger.

Pulling the base of the string on the right side will loosen it. If the base of the string is hidden inside your pants, just pull the pants together.

To untie the knot, pinch the end of the string on the left with your fingers.

The base of the string is secured to the pants, so if you pull it, the knot will come undone.
