Logitech's 'Logi Options+' and 'Logitech G HUB' apps are experiencing issues on macOS. Here's how to fix the issue.

Logitech has acknowledged that there are issues with the macOS versions of the apps 'Logi Options+' and 'Logicool G HUB,' which allow users to configure Logitech products. Logitech has provided instructions on how to fix the issue.
Information on issues and recovery methods for the macOS versions of the Logitech product-specific apps 'Logi Options+' and 'Logicool G HUB'

According to Logitech, an issue has been occurring since January 7, 2026, where the macOS versions of 'Logi Options+' and 'Logicool G HUB' have temporarily made the apps unavailable.
This issue was apparently caused by the expiration of a certificate required for the app to function. Because the certificate has expired, automatic updates will not work, and you must update manually to recover. You can find the update procedure on the following page.
