A drone that can move seamlessly between air and water

A video demonstrating the amphibious drone's ability to move freely in both air and water, seamlessly switching between the two, has been generating a lot of buzz. The drone was developed by

This is an amphibious drone. It looks like a typical flying drone, with the battery and control components packed in the middle and propellers on four legs.

take off.

Flying gracefully through the air.

I landed on the water and dove straight into the water.

It can move freely in all directions even underwater.

It can also rise from underwater into the air. There is no particular 'switching between air and underwater modes' and it moves seamlessly between the air and underwater modes.

The video also shows the rotations per minute (RPM) and angle of each propeller. When in the air, they spin at a speed of around 6,000 to 7,000 RPM.

The moment you enter the water, the rotation speed drops to 600-700 RPM.

Underwater, it moves at a speed of about 200 to 300 RPM.

The moment it took off into the air, the speed jumped to over 8000 RPM. This speed change seems to be an important feature of amphibious drones.
