Starlink offers two plans for individuals: the 'ROAM' plan, which assumes frequent changes in usage location, and the 'Home' plan, which assumes fixed usage location.

The 'Home' plans include the ' Home ' service, which is generally described as offering download speeds of 135-305Mbps (although the description varies depending on the page), and the ' Home Lite ' service, which offers download speeds of 80-200Mbps. However, from around November 2025, a ' Home 100Mbps ' service, which caps download speeds at 100Mbps, also began to be offered.
Although this 'Home 100Mbps' plan has limited download speeds, it is available at half the price of Home Lite (40 dollars: about 6,200 yen) and is ideal for homes that do not require high-bandwidth communication.
However, this plan was soon discontinued. On the online message board Reddit, US users reported that they could no longer select the Home 100Mbps plan from the website or app, and it was also confirmed that the plan was no longer available in parts of Nebraska, Illinois, and Nevada where it had previously been available.
Home 100Mbps was only offered in areas with relatively few users, and it is thought that it was discontinued due to an influx of users.
Home 100Mbps is still available in Australia and Canada.
In Japan, 'Home' is available for 6,600 yen (tax included), 'Home Lite' for 4,600 yen (tax included), and 'Home 100Mbps' is not available.
