◆ ChatGPT now supports third-party apps such as Figma and Spotify
ChatGPT now suggests apps to use during conversations. Services such as Booking.com, Canva, Coursera, Figma, Expedia, Spotify, and Zillow are already supported, and users can choose to use apps themselves, rather than just waiting for ChatGPT's suggestions.

Here's an example of how Figma is used within ChatGPT: You input a rough draft of a diagram and let Figma create a beautiful diagram.

You can also have Spotify create a playlist for you.

The ability to use apps within ChatGPT is being rolled out to all ChatGPT users outside the EU, primarily in regions where services are available in English, starting October 6, 2025. More compatible services will be available in the second half of 2025, and the feature will be available within the EU.

OpenAI has released an API that allows users to use multiple AI models, including the video generation AI ' Sora 2 ' and the high-performance model 'GPT-5 Pro.' The outline of the newly released API is as follows:
・Sora 2 : A video generation model that ensures speed and flexibility
Sora 2 Pro : A video generation model that can create production-level videos
・GPT-5 pro : An even smarter model than GPT-5
・gpt-image-1-mini : Image generation AI. Can generate images with quality similar to gpt-image-1 at low cost.
・gpt-realtime-mini : A real-time model that emphasizes response speed. It can input text, images, and voice. It achieves the same quality as gpt-realtime at a low cost.
