The 'origin' of the 3D tool is now three-dimensional, and the XYZ axis can be freely swapped to accommodate both Z-up and Y-up styles.

When you start a 3D tool such as Blender or Unity, the 'origin' of the coordinates of the 3D space is displayed. A work that made this origin three-dimensional was exhibited at

the Wonder Festival 2025 [Summer] venue.

I found 'Gizmo' at Yamane-kun 's booth (table number: 2-17-04). The price is 500 yen.

Here's a closer look at the origin: Red is the X-axis, green is the Y-axis, and blue is the Z-axis.

The axis arrangement in 3D space varies depending on the 3D tool; for example, in Blender the Z axis is upwards, while in Maya the Y axis is upwards.

The three-dimensional origin allows you to change the axis, which means it can be adapted to any style.

By the way, it seems that 80% of the buyers at the venue were Z Up fans.

At Yamane-kun's booth, a clockwork, movable robot called 'Clockwork Robot' was also being sold for 1,000 yen.

There was also the 'Spring Akabeko' (2,500 yen), whose neck moves with the help of a spring.

The spring Akabeko moves like this.
