Jack Snyder, 64, a homeless man from New Port Richey, Florida, was arrested on charges of public indecency.

According to a statement from the Pasco Sheriff's Office, Snyder was seen on a busy street at San Miguel Avenue and Chantilly Lane when he removed his pants and underwear and began shaking his hips, exposing his genitals and buttocks to a group of children on a school bus that was taking children to Chasco Elementary School.
